PocketToDo (the "App") is designed with your privacy at its core. This policy explains what data the App handles, and how.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.

All data — including tasks, settings, themes, and custom palettes — is stored only on your device (on-device). It is never sent to the developer or any third-party server. No account or sign-in is required.

Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share, sell, lease, or transfer your data to third parties. There is no mechanism in the App to do so.

Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

The App does not embed any analytics or behavioral-measurement SDKs such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Adjust. No advertising SDKs are present. The App does not reference IDFA or IDFV.

In-App Purchases (Pro Features)

All payment processing for Pro subscriptions and the one-time purchase is handled by Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Payment details, card information, and purchase history are managed by Apple. The developer of this App has no access to them. Please see Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

iCloud Sync (Future Feature)

The App plans to offer iCloud sync as a future Pro feature. If you choose to use it, your task data will be stored on Apple's iCloud, encrypted under your Apple ID. The developer of this App cannot access that data. Use will be optional, with on/off controls in Settings.

Use by Minors

Because the App does not collect any personal information, it can be used safely regardless of age.

We may update this policy as features are added. Material changes will be announced on this page. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision.
